One-time payments. Nothing renews automatically — you are never charged without choosing to pay.

Your first purchase, within 15 days

The free version is there to try everything first. After that, you can ask for a refund on your first purchase only — a plan, a pack, a package or a course — within 15 days of paying for it. Purchases after the first cannot be refunded.

Courses bought from an institute on its own site follow that institute's terms; ask the institute.

How to ask

Open the order from your dashboard and choose Ask for a refund, with a sentence on why. We reply by email. A full refund ends the access it bought, and any credits it gave that you have not used are taken back.
